Barbet: French National Treasure

This site went online in 2007 at about this time.. It was about the past history of the breed. It was strongly criticized at the time. Times are a’ changing and this lovely work of art from Eva Olson in Sweden, combines the different aspects of the breed and what it stands for. Thank you for letting me, us use this picture since Caravaggio II is the son of my Ulysse di Barbochos Reiau de Prouvenco, I fought tooth and nail to get him to reproduce since he is himself, a French National Treasure. So, it means a lot to me, and Ezia…and ultimately our dear Georgy.

Many of the posts have been turned off, as history does evolve, but I felt it was important to do a “now and then”.
