Just found out that some country has raised the age  a female can reproduce to 9, but with an eventual petit accident, it may go higher?..when you think about the age a male can stud til, and they don’t( 12/13?), you kind of wonder if it isn’t the world à l’envers where you take studs barely confirmed, not fully developed ( aged 1 or 2 ) and max out their return on investment( $$$) and mate them with grannies( $$$)…what next? Make hay while the sun shineth?! We need a pension fund for these dogs and some dog-rights! Don’t you think?

ZAfter all what is a rare breed for, if you can’t take advantage of it? eh?

The world stops..

GuyGuy has been sick for a while now and recovery is slow( gallstone). The entire world stops when I have a sick dog, which luckily does not happen often. He’s eating a bit, emmenthal, homemade cookies, poule au pot… Taking walks so he gets a bit hungr-ier..Ageing dogs and their issues..but, it’s just like us and we love them dearly. He knows it and is also taking a bit advantage of it…

A nose in a million: will detect anything…


I saw Froggy’s nose go up…and off he went. I am always so amazed at how good their noses are. That’s genetic, is it? So he brought it out of the field, I sad “lache”(let go) and Vennie came along to see what the fuss was about..They do what they were destined for.HUNTING…
