There is no such thing as a GRAND Barbet or a PETIT Barbet…it is a pun. The engraving shows 2 Poodles as the word Barbet is a generic word meaning a dog with a beard…as below. Above are 2 Vieux Griffon Barbets: one from 2010 and one from 2021..
These are Poodles..( top one is likely to be a Spanish water Dog).
